...To Join The H.A Staff Team!

That's right we are looking for new staff members to help our site grow. Right now our staff team is fairly small and with our work schedules and life in general it's hard for us to be on when our members really need us. So this is where you come in. We are looking for Moderators to help run the site with the Admins and we are also looking for Advertising Mods to help spread the word of the site. We are looking for a couple of you to add to our staff family and this is open to anyone. Below will be the jobs each position will be required to complete and what we are looking for in each position.

Moderators: [0/3]

What You Do:
-Give first approval for all bios except Mythologicals. Bios need the approval of one Moderator and one Administrator.
-Answer any questions about the site that you feel comfortable with.
-Keep Face Claims and Who's Who up to date.
-In charge of maintaining and initiating OTMs as well as helping with other site wide events.
-General Moderating of the site to make sure the rules are being followed and order is maintained.

What We Want:
-Some previous staff experience. While this is not required, it is nice if you've had some experience already.
-At least a years worth of roleplaying experience. It's hard to run a site if you are unfamiliar with how it works.
-Friendly, of course.
-Activity. We need someone who is gong to be fairly active on the site. Preferably every day but at least five days a week.

What You Do:
-Keep up with First Time Ads by making they are linked back.
-Make sure our adverting rules are being followed.
-Advertise our site on at least three different sites a day. This is not mandatory but make sure you advertise at least four days a week.
-There is no need to worry about advertising on Proboards Support. We already have an ad there and I shall be maintaining it.

What We Want:

All you have to do if you are interested in joining our staff team is fill out the form below and PM it to Vivianne. Once you have sent in your application it will be reviewed and we will let you know within the week if you have been accepted. We will contact you whether you are accepted or not. If you do not get accepted, don't fret we will still keep your application for consideration when we open up positions again.
